It’s not because we talk about « just sitting » and of “not doing” that zazen consists of “simply waiting”.
It is not because in zazen we are listening to psychic processes that zazen consists in listening to psychic processes.

Boundless and unrestrained, zazen can never be encapsulated,
let alone with words,
let alone when they’re trendy.

And yet, when you sit, are not you become the encapsulation.
Perhaps, then, the spirit is boundless, and the sitting the path to that realisation?
