The traditional practice of Vipassana, through the path it unfolds under our feet, is an experiential teaching.
Along this path, the pilgrim is taken by the hand to notice in his flesh the links :
Between his physical body and his emotional body
Between his emotional body and his mind (mental body),
Between his mental body and the play of causes and consequences.
This journey makes Vipassana a practice of tracing back the way up the original woolen ball and beyond.
What is weaving those threads of phenomena ?
