Books, masters and teachings,
Are mirrors in front of which you stand
To see the color of your eyes.
Nothing is more natural than the color of your eyes,
Nothing is better experienced, better known to you
Than the energy behind your eye.
The mirrors allow the detour,
But, in the end, they tamper with the look.
And the color they show you is the color manufactured
By the environment, the room, the lighting, and your pupil cells at this moment.
In the mirrors, there is neither the colour of your eyes,
Nor the energy behind them,
As you welcome Being
And realise the time wasted looking in the mirrors.
Sometimes too many mirrors,
All these corridors and rows of mirrors,
Make you lose your way and search for reflections
That you had really look for.
