Experience the physiological parallel between the superficiality of phenomena linked to thought (“the mind”) and superficial breathing.
The means of action is bilateral:
– dis-sinvesting the mental sphere generates the deepening of the breath.
– letting the breathing amplify its movement, is to dry up the crackling of thoughts.

So, mind and body are interlinked, more intrinsically than we might like to admit.
Yet the observer experiences both, and the will can affect either through the other.
