Differences between prayer and meditation…
I no longer do,
I see nothing that prevents me today from superimposing the state of prayer and the state of meditation.
If I go far enough in the state of meditation, it becomes prayer.
If my prayer is simple and deep, it is a meditation.
The elements of distinction are born in the spirit distant from practice, prone to theological-technical categorizations having insufficiently frequented prayer and/or meditation.
Meditation leads to Being,
Prayer is pointless,
The one and the other are in reality the other and the one,
They are one practice,
That of the Essence bath.
