The key ingredient in the dish of spirituality is joy.
Whatever the path, if the heart is not joyful, it is not a path of spirituality
A garment whose fibers do not crackle with joy is a counterfeit.
Not a surface excitement, nor a communicated emulation, an agitation coming from the group,
but a deep and serene joy.
The watercourse which finds its bed.
The parent who picks up his child, the coiled rope that is tightened, when what was supposed to happen happens, when deep nature finds the channel for hatching,
An insect on the surface of the water.
