It is possible that a single prayer save you.
Truly, a single sitting could bring forth enlightenment.
In the same way that it is not impossible for a heavily drunk man to grab a bow and hit a target in the center from a 300-meter distance.
However, if he really cares about hitting the target, it is recommended that he learn the art of archery, with dedication and discipline.
In the same way, you should practice every day, as much as possible.

I think we have spoken of this before.
Conservative Christianity would say the opposite of « saved » is « lost »
I do not accept that dichotomy.
I assume your meaning is different.

Well…I’d say ‘lost’ is ‘not saved yet.’
Saved here means ‘liberated’, or ‘pushed further on the path to Liberation.’
